Gooooooooood morning/afternoon/evening/timezone, gamers!  Borealis is back again!

This week, I'd like to give you guys a closer look behind the scenes of the development of True Colours by introducing you to the amazing artists that are creating all of this brilliant character art you've been seeing!  For the development of Venus: Improbable Dream, I hired a single artist who created all of the sprites and CGs with me.  True Colours has seen an upgrade from that, and is currently being worked on by two wonderful artists who are drawing in tandem together, consulting with me on character design, sprite creation and CG illustration.  I'm honestly so pleased with the quality of the art that's been produced so far, and since you guys have also seen most of it, I bet you are too!  What do you think about the lovely art we've been showcasing?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Noodz Art

Our first artist, Noodz Art, is from the Philippines, and is in charge of the character design and sprite creation for True Colours.  He's been working with me to bring the game's characters to life, transforming each idea from a page full of words and visual references into amazing pieces of art!  He has a great way of bringing cuteness and a youthful feeling to a character's appearance.

Sapphire

This lovely lady is in Indonesia, and is my chief CG illustrator for True Colours.  Sapphire takes the character designs created by Noodz Art and crafts them into full screen images, where you can really see the characters shine in special moments!  She's been amazing at bringing my visions for the game's important scenes into reality, from the characters themselves, to the backgrounds, and even the nice little details like sparkles and shadows~
