Hey gamers!  Borealis here with some awesome stuff to share with you!

This True Colours development report has THREE juicy milestones for ya!  Let's take a look at the percentages:

• Story structure writing: 100% complete!
• Script writing:  43%
• Coding: 0%
• Soundtrack: 0%
• Sprite artwork: 59%
• CG artwork:  48%
• BG artwork:  100% complete!

These numbers might not look like much, but they hold some brilliant news.  Firstly, our script writing has bumped up another 10%, and I'm happy to report that not only is Brianna's route with all endings complete, but Malik's route has begun and is rapidly approaching the halfway mark!  I had a really good run of days where I could just write uninterrupted, and it kickstarted Malik's section of the script with gusto.  It's really fun to write for a different character, having been focused on Brianna's route for quite a while.  Malik's turning out to be even cheekier and fun than I intended him to be!

Our second awesome milestone is that Noodz Art has completed all of Malik's sprites, and has now moved onto designing the third and final love interest!  He and I are currently working together to finalise their appearance.  This has actually been the toughest one so far, but with good communication, we're making progress.  Soon enough, their first sprite will be completed!

And the third milestone of this update is that we now have an official game logo!  I can finally throw out that old crappy placeholder thing (that I totally didn't make in MS Paint...) and unveil this baby!

This is our main theme for the game - black, red and broken hearts that might just get fixed...  if you make the right decisions!

So, what does the future hold?  By this time next week, I'm pretty sure that the final romance interest's first sprite will be complete.  I'm also gonna be sharing more brand new CG art, starting with a hot-off-the-press Malik CG tomorrow for #ScreenshotSaturday!  If you wanna check it out first hand, follow our official Twitter account below:
